Are You Eligible?
Services are available to seniors 55+ and adults with physical disabilities who live north of the Queensway between Preston Street and Blair Road.
If you live outside of this area, please check online at www.communitysupportottawa.ca to find which agency can help you in your home.
Please note: services are provided with or without membership in The Good Companions.
All new clients must undergo a telephone and home visit assessment prior to receiving services in the home. Please call 613-236-4028 for more information.

A variety of interesting volunteer opportunities are available. Orientation, training, and ongoing support are provided. All our volunteers and brokered workers are pre-screened, referenced and police record checked.

| A Daily Call for Safety and Reassurance, Telephone Assurance Program
• Phone calls for safety and reassurance. Available on a daily or occasional basis. |

• Friends and connections are important to maintain health. We have volunteers who could visit or call you on a regular or occasional basis. Ask about our home support exercise program. GBLT seniors ask about our monthly Rainbow Coffee Drop-in |

• Come grocery shop with us! Call to see if you are on one of our routes. |

• Volunteers help with small jobs around your home. Material costs only. Donations to The Good Companions are welcome. |
